Mary Magoulick

Welcome to the homepage of Mary Magoulick, folklorist and Professor of English, Interdisciplinary Studies and Women's Studies at Georgia College. The left picture above shows me in front of an old, traditional house in Sweden, where I spent part of two summers teaching at Lund University (2002, 3). The right picture is in front of a fountain with tile work at a market in Casablanca, Morocco (2008).  These pages are especially designed to help students in my classes, but I invite anyone interested in folklore, Native American studies, mythology, women's studies, narrative, cultural theory, nature writing, travel, popular culture, and other subjects to explore.
